Does this work with OneDrive for Business?
Yes. Personal OneDrive and OneDrive for Business (Microsoft 365 work accounts) are both supported through the standard Microsoft sign-in.
Where do backups land in my OneDrive?
In a dedicated app folder under Apps in your OneDrive. The app's permission is scoped to that folder alone (Microsoft's AppFolder scope), so we can't see anything else you store.
Can Backup Notion read my other OneDrive files?
No. The AppFolder scope limits us to the folder the app created. Your documents, photos, and SharePoint content are out of reach by design.
Can backups go to a SharePoint site instead?
Not today. Backups target OneDrive folders. If your team needs SharePoint document libraries, talk to us; it's on the Enterprise roadmap.
What's in each backup?
A single ZIP: Markdown files mirroring your workspace structure, all images and attachments, and an offline viewer for browsing the backup like a workspace.
How do large workspaces upload?
Through Microsoft Graph upload sessions, in chunks. Big archives don't time out partway; the upload resumes chunk by chunk until OneDrive confirms the whole file.
What do you store about my Microsoft account?
An encrypted refresh token in a vault, plus your chosen folder name. You can revoke the app any time from your Microsoft account's app permissions, and the token stops working immediately.
